How To Make Our Body Slim Trough Breath Art
If we to thinny of course our power reducing dan imaging as not healthy. As opposite, if we to fat, usualy always feel anything is wrong. Walking or seating not feel comfort, more when using stairs.
For woman being too fat feeled as torture so don't be surprised, being to fat was very disliked for mostly woman.
People that have obesity that we already imaginate not just comfortable moving but also threatened by many of illness. For commonly someone that too fat desire to eat is big and lazy to doing sport plus stress how to decrease body weight.
Is there someone that don't want to have normal body height, an ideal body weight, good looking, body slim and being healthy? Of course none.
Below i would like to give an advise how to make slim our body that too fat. Just try it.
Preparation
Stand up. Both feed open as wide as shoulder, turning feed fingertip inside +- 13 degrees, both

Take stand up position, sit or lay down. Go find ot Kwan-Nyan poin (it place at 3 cm under body central)
then use both of thumb phalanx press it up to Kwan-Nyan with 100 times per minute speed. Do it 3-5 minute.
Particular
Both hands up and both feed trip up also hand fingertip and feed, it quicken fat burning inside body. More than that it will be stimulate acupunture poin Wen-Pai, Kuang-Sun, Ta-Tun and Yung-Jan for deceiving decreased of fatness.
Squeeze Kwan-Nyan could reduce time of foodstuffs vibre from food stop in intenstine, prevent glucose from food to be fat and over absorbing of vitamin. For that so it won't be fat acumulation inside of the body, even that it could make burning fat more fast. At least the body going more slim.

How To Make Your Body More Taller
Ever a girl asked she what wanted to writer,”I will be so glad if God make my body more taller , even just only one centimeter, it’s enough for me”, She said. It is comfortable if have quite tall, Ideal body weight, both eyes shining more with healthy skin colour. Even more for a girl like me, just imagine it, how beautiful I am.
Below was discribeed exercise to make body more taller. This exercise was a part of Shao Lin Breath Art. Hope it make useful for you.
Prepare:
Standup, left foot wide to the left as wide as your shoulder, both your hand arm crossed front of your chest that your hand face to front. The crossed as high as yor leg, fingers crawl up.
Moving:
Both Hand up but hand still crossed and take your breath. Both hands up must be at beside of both ears and slowly up as maximum as you can.
Then Both hand knite going down from bot sides as high as your shoulder and take out yor breath. Both hands face stand up 90 degrees then push it to left and right for make it line at the same time you take breath.
After that, make your hands rileks, your finger down with your arm and make body your body horizontal. At the same time , both hand slowly””crawl” at the bottom of the ocean both hand crouch to below. with fingers of both hands face to face while at the same time release your breath. Then both hands close to chest, imagine it like taking up heavy thing at the same time make your body standup and take breath. Then back to preparation position at the same time release your breath. That so do it 10 – 20 times, for every exercise.
Attention: When both hands getted up, both legs press to bottom with same power, that hands up as weight as your legs press to bottom. When your body getting front below both hands crouch “The Noon”, Both leg stand keep stand up . Whe your body stand up, your neck wont stress.
Use For:
Both hands up, Ji and blood in your chest anf stomich become well, automaticaly make your inside organs well. Bpoth hands push to up and both hand press below will make your body taller. Hands crouch : The Moon” at the bottom of the ocean Ji and blood going to your fingers, so the power goup in hands. The body going front and stand up back make your back body well. For that so, this exercise very good for health as well as make our body more taler.
If we want to make our body taller, beside always doing exercise and right attitude ,also need supporting from others factor like good food, sleep well also good psicology make your body growing. For the young man that not 25 years old yet, it make good result. However, there is a fact that for old man , 50 years age, always doing this exercise and the result make his body high more taller for 170 cm to 173 cm.
